Water Enclosure
An electronics enclosure for challenging environments
The largest undertaking of the project, we completely overhauled this enclosure, which acts as the brains for Initial’s sensor tap, from the ground up. Given the nature of a washrooms we developed an IP68 rated assembly which not only better carried the brand aesthetic, but importantly reduced the unit cost by 60% compared to its predecessor.
Bottle Holder
Simplicity meets rigidity.
Sometimes the simplest solutions solves the most problems. In this case we replaced a painfully expensive fabrication, used to hold and monitor liquid soap bottles, with a metal fabrication and plastic moulding.
The outcome is an incredibly cheap, lightweight, yet robust product that is quick to install and will last for years in the challenging washroom environment.
Bottle Pick Up
Considering Maintenance.
The seemingly simple task of replacing liquid soap and cleaning fluids becomes more complex when done at an industrial scale. Initial piping, which draws these fluids into the a larger system, is liable to dripping and spilling when bottles are changed over.
We delivered a paired down solution which reduced drips while providing spill free sealing on any liquid container. This speeds up maintenance and keeps customer facilities cleaner.
