Most commercial and retail spaces have a need for flexible working spaces. This arm provides full tilt, twist, height, and rotational freedom to help make workspaces more versatile.

Providing this freedom reliably for monitors weighing between 2-10kg means engineering a complicated system of mechanisms. We pushed for quality in function while maintaining easy installation and adjustment. We converted all movement points to simple, colour coded mechanisms and incorporated an integrated tool holder for the 3 areas necessary for installation.

For Production

Developing a high component count for manufacture.

Built up from over 200 custom components comprising 73 unique parts, this project married a wide number of manufacturing processes from die casting and injection moulding to extrusion and metal stamping. Each component has been meticulously engineered to account for the requirements and limitations of their own process with all manufacture ready files made and communicated by our team.

Through development we were able to introduce a wide array of innovative features and mechanisms which have greatly added to the value of the device. Many of these have gone on to form the cornerstone of utility and design patents, differentiating the company from their competition and giving protection against future rivalry.

Complete Solution

Working with the manufacturers to support the full delivery.

We worked directly with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to supply the complete product including packaging. Over the course of 6 production samples we analysed, modified, and re-communicated the design to the supplier to overcome manufacturing limitations and faults. The end result is a final boxed product being bulk purchased and supplied all to our specification.
